Grace Lung was admitted as a Solicitor of the HKSAR and joined Yu, Chan & Yeung Solicitors in 2022. Her major areas of practice range from general commercial and corporate practice to legal and regulatory compliance on financial services and banking-related matters.

She has also engaged in providing services to clients licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission on transfer of business, application for licences of regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, drafting of terms and conditions for financing services including, without limitation, margin financing and reviewing internal policies and controls for clients which include the anti-money laundering and personal data policies. In addition, she advises clients on legal and compliance issues of the securities and banking laws.

She is also instructed by bank clients for drafting financing and security documents which include facility letter, master loan agreement, guarantee and charge over account as standard or transaction-specific document.

She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
