Olivia is admitted as solicitor of Hong Kong to practice Hong Kong laws. She joined our firm in 2022. Olivia was awarded Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in the United Kingdoms and obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. Olivia’s core practice areas include dispute resolution, advising on regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings as well as regulatory compliance of financial services laws.

She is experienced in commercial dispute resolutions which include, contractual disputes and shareholders’ disputes. She also acts for bank clients in banking litigations. Further, she is also instructed to act for clients in other civil litigations including enforcement of guarantees, injunction, landed property and tenancy matters.

She also engages in advising bank clients and the intermediaries licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission on ongoing legal and regulatory compliance matters in connection with the Securities and Futures Ordinance and other securities laws.

Olivia also provides advice to clients on general commercial matters, including drafting commercial agreements, reduction of capital, restoration and winding-up of company.
